Return Policy

  • TradeHub takes care of the quality of the products sent by sellers on the platform.
  • Each seller has its own return and exchange policy, subject to the standards of you want and according to the terms and conditions of the use agreement that the seller agreed upon when creating the account.
  • The following cases are the cases in which return and exchange are available, even if the seller's policy does not stated that:
    • Manufacturing defects.
    • The product description on the platform differs from what was sent to the buyer.
    • Selling by fraud or deception.

    In this case, the buyer gets a full refund

    A dispute can be created in the event of any of the previous cases occurring through the disputes page
